BOOKING YOUR SESSION
To confirm your session 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of sent invoice. If paid after the 24 hour window, be sure your session time/date is still available before paying. Balance of payment is due day of session, either paid in person or online. I do not begin to edit images until paid in full. No photos digital images or prints will be delivered unless full payment has been made.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot make your appointment please contact me immediately. I will work with you on setting up a new time/date for your session. If there is a no show, deposit is lost and can not be used towards a new session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel appointment there is a minimum of 48 hour notice by call or text required to use deposit towards new session time/date. If 48 hour notice is not given your refund can not be transferred towards a new session. If cancellation is due to weather we will work together on moving session to indoor setting or new time/date. There may be a rebooking fee to reschedule appointment.
SPECIALTY RETOUCHING
My retouching style is natural with small blemish reduction (like a small scratch) if needed. Upon request there are more advance retouching techniques I can utilize to give you the feel and look of the image you prefer. Costs of retouching start at $20/image and can vary depending on request. You will be quoted before any work is done and an invoice must be paid in advance. It’s good to remember I am not a miracle worker and do my best to ensure we have a beautiful backdrop and lighting for each session.
COMPOSITE PHOTOS
Composite photo editing consist of background swaps and possibly adding people/objects into an image. These are quoted on a case by case basis. Please keep in mind if this is something you are wanting, you let me know before the session so I can ensure we use the correct lighting and set up to achieve the final result.
Additional Sitting Fee: $25/person -Immediate family can only be included in a session. Multifamily sessions pay per family.
Additional Digital Images: Your session package comes with a specific amount of full/high resolution downloadable images. If you wish to purchase additional images it will be $20/photo. Or purchase all digital images and receive a 30% discount. You can download them to your phone or a hard drive computer. It is recommended to save to a computer hard drive for the highest quality prints. I can not guarantee print quality unless purchased from the hosting site.
Travel Fee: $100+ day trip (+25 miles outside of Fresno & within CA) additional fees may apply. Will travel out of CA for negotiated fee.

Covid 19
With this everchanging restrictions with Covid 19, I am doing everything I can to abide by CDC and State guidelines regarding my business. This is not only to keep myself healthy but also your kiddos! With your help we can make this not just a great experience but a safe one too.
What I ask of you:
- Wear Masks at all time unless you are being photographed.
- Maximum of two people in studio in addition to child.
- Because this is a home studio, there are no In and Out of the studio room while I am doing the session. No switching places with observers.
- If you or anyone attending the session are showing symptoms of Covid 19, give me a call immediately. We will reschedule at not cost to you.
- If following the session you or anyone who attended the session becomes symptomatic or tests positive for Covid 19, let me know immediately.
What I do:
- I wear a mask for newborn sessions – I can wear a mask for other sessions if requested.
- Clean and disinfect all props and studio after every client.
- Clean hands prior to touching baby and constantly use hand sanitizer.
- I never do sessions back to back. I always plan for at least 30 minute clean up and sanitation time.
- For items I can not wash I place them in quarantine for 3 days (as advised by CDC)
- I have also already had the Vaccine!
